GET MOVING FOR ASTHMA - FUNDRAISING IS SIMPLE AND REWARDING!

As a community based, not for profit organisation, the Asthma Foundation of WA relies heavily on the support of the community. By fundraising for events like the HBF Freeway Bike Hike for Asthma, you are ensuring the Foundation can provide support to the more than 225,000 Western Australians directly impacted by asthma.

Bearing this in mind, the Asthma Foundation is setting you the challenge of fundraising $100.00. If every registered person can raise $100.00 for the Foundation the effect throughout our community would be dramatic!

By setting up your own, online sponsor's webpage you can appeal to your family and friends to make a real difference. $100.00 is a simple target so please support the Asthma Foundation of WA and go to www.freewaybikehike.com.au and click on 'Create your own fundraising page'.

Your $100.00 will go directly towards education and support services for asthma sufferers and their careers. With your help the Foundation is able to fund local medical and scientific research into asthma.

Sadly, asthma still claims lives, with at least one asthma related death occurring every 11 days in Western Australia.

Asthma affects 1 in 9 children and 1 in 10 adults.

Please assist us in helping people breathe better.
